The Continuum 双悦园 is an exciting District 15 freehold new launch condo at Thiam Siew Avenue. The development is located in a superb address in the Rest of Core Region (RCR) of Singapore and will be jointly developed by the renowned developers of Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments.
The two developers acquired the site of The Continuum through a public tender exercise in November 2021. The area of the site is 263,803 square feet and consists of 22 plots of freehold residential development sites. Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments paid $815 million for the site. After adding an estimated development charge of $284 million to the sale price, the land price would translate to $1,488 psf per plot ratio (ppr). With the inclusion of 7% bonus balconies, the final land price works out to be about $1,440 psf ppr.
Based on the 2019 URA Master Plan, the site has a plot ratio of 2.8, allowing the developers to build more than 800 units there.
Transport Connectivity of The Continuum
The Continuum is located within walking distance to 2 MRT stations of Paya Lebar Interchange MRT station (EW8/CC9) and Dakota MRT station (CC8).

The Continuum is located within 1km of Haig Girls’ School, Tanjong Katong Primary School and Kong Hwa School, which is a popular SAP primary school.

This is primarily why the school is always oversubscribed in the yearly Primary One registration exercise.
